Strong Middle Mile Fuels Steady 5K Finish Sel Nutor completed the 2026 Boulderthon 5K in 32:06, an overall pace of 10:21 per mile. He finished 810th out of 2,677 in the field, 473rd among men. Nutor opened with a 10:33 first mile, then surged to a 9:05 second mile his fastest stretch of the race before settling to an 11:21 closing mile. That middle-mile push was the clear highlight of his run, showing a strong gear he could look to sustain earlier next time. Racing at over 5,000 feet of elevation in Boulder adds context to that effort, and finishing on the Pearl Street Mall capped a solid overall showing.
