Strong Middle Mile Powers Steady 5K Finish Sheetal Modi completed the 2026 Boulderthon 5K in 28:16, an average pace of 9:07 per mile. Her race built through the middle of the course: after an opening mile of 8:52, she surged to a 7:57 second mile before easing to a 10:26 close, still finishing with her overall time intact. That second mile stood out as the clear highlight of the day, marking her fastest full-mile stretch of the race.
