Date: Sept. 27, 2026 Participant: Noah Gibbs #40302 Race: 2026 Boulderthon 5K Distance: 3.1 miles

Strong Middle Mile Powers a Steady 5K Finish Noah Gibbs completed the 2026 Boulderthon 5K in 28:55, an average pace of 9:19 per mile. His race built through a strong second mile, dropping to 7:54 after an opening 9:44, before easing back to 10:23 over the closing stretch. That middle mile stood as his fastest of the race, marking a solid surge before the finish along the Pearl Street Mall. Racing in Boulder, which sits above 5,000 feet of elevation, Gibbs managed his effort well across changing terrain and pace. With no prior Boulderthon results on record, this race stands as his own early benchmark for the event, one built on a well-managed pace curve and a clear surge through the middle mile.
