Strong Middle Mile Powers a Podium Finish Kiran Bogdal finished the 2026 Boulderthon 5K in 26:06, placing third in the non-binary division. Racing at Boulder's altitude of over 5,000 feet, Bogdal opened with a steady 8:38 first mile before surging to a 6:56 second mile the fastest stretch of the race then eased to a 9:34 close over the final mile.
