Date: Sept. 27, 2026 Participant: Christine Noble #41865 Race: 2026 Boulderthon 5K Distance: 3.1 miles

Strong Middle Mile Powers a Top-Tier Finish Christine Noble crossed the line in 24:18, placing 207th overall and 51st among women in a field of 2,677 at the 2026 Boulderthon 5K. Her race built momentum through the middle of the course: after opening in 7:45, she surged to a 6:40 second mile her fastest of the day before easing to 9:03 over the closing stretch to the Pearl Street Mall finish. That middle-mile push was the standout segment of her race, and it came at Boulders elevation of over 5,000 feet, adding weight to the effort. With no prior 5K at Boulderthon on record for comparison, this run stands as a strong new mark on its own.
