Steady Early Pace Holds Strong Through Denver Runner's 5K Maria Hernandez completed the 2026 Boulderthon 5K in 36:24, an 11:44 per mile pace across the 3.1-mile course. Hernandez opened with her strongest mile, covering the first in 10:30, then held a similar rhythm through mile two at 10:52. The final mile eased to 13:47, shaping a race that began quick and settled through the finish in downtown Boulder.
