Strong Start Fuels Top-Percentile 5K Finish Ellee London ran 22:15 to place 120th overall out of the field of 2,677 and 27th among women in the 2026 Boulderthon 5K. She opened with a 6:36 first mile, then surged to a 6:22 second mile the fastest mile of her race before easing to an 8:37 close, still enough to lock down her strong overall position. The 5K field started at 7:45 AM in downtown Boulder, a course sitting more than 5,000 feet above sea level. London's early pace put her well inside the top 100 through two miles, a testament to a well-managed opening effort before the final stretch to the Pearl Street Mall.
