Steady Effort Carries Him Through the 5K Benjamin Davidowitz finished the 2026 Boulderthon 5K in 32:34, an overall pace of 10:30 per mile. His race unfolded evenly across the three miles: 10:43 for the first, a quicker 10:08 for the second, and 10:48 for the third, showing a strong middle-mile push before settling back near his opening rhythm. That second mile stands out as his fastest stretch of the race. With the finish landing on the Pearl Street Mall, Davidowitz capped his effort in the heart of downtown Boulder, a city sitting above 5,000 feet of elevation a notable backdrop for any distance runner. A slightly stronger final mile could help him close races with more consistency going forward.
