Sub-6:00 Pace Anchors a Podium-Topping 5K Amilia Wise crossed the 2026 Boulderthon 5K in 18:09, finishing 41st overall out of the field and 12th among women, while claiming first in the female 20-24 division. Wise's race showed a strong front-loaded shape: she opened with a 5:30 first mile, then quickened to a 5:16 second mile, her fastest stretch of the day. The final mile eased to 6:43 as the effort of the first two miles caught up, but that early one-to-two mile stretch covered in just over 10 minutes combined was the clear highlight of her race.
