Steady Miles Carry Her Through the 10K Maura Mayerle finished the 2026 Boulderthon 10K in 1:01:09, placing 8th in the F 55-59 division. She held a consistent pace through the opening miles, moving from 9:24 to 9:13 over the first two miles before settling into a rhythm in the low 9:30s through mile five. The closing mile brought a natural dip in pace to 11:12, a common pattern as runners near the finish. Mayerle's most efficient mile-plus stretch came early, covering the first two miles in 18:37, a mark she sustained closely through mile three before the pace gradually eased. Finishing on the Pearl Street Mall, she completed the race at altitude, in a city with over 5,000 feet of elevation a notable backdrop for any distance covered on foot.
