Sub-5:35 Pace Carries Webb to Top-15 Finish Ian Webb finished the 2026 Boulderthon Half Marathon in 1:13:02, placing 13th overall out of the field of 7,223 and 13th among men, while winning the men's 20-24 division. His early miles were his sharpest, opening with a 5:08 first mile and holding under 5:30 pace through the first six miles. A slight dip came between miles 9 and 11, with splits of 5:59 each, before he closed strong with a 5:27 and 5:31 to finish. Webb's fastest mile-plus stretch came early, covering the first six miles in roughly 5:27 average pace. The course finished on the Pearl Street Mall in downtown Boulder, at over 5,000 feet of elevation a fitting cap to a well-paced, front-loaded effort that held steady through the second half with only minor fade.
