Division Win Anchors Steady 10K Effort Jane Diggins, 71, of Berthoud, CO, took first in the F70-74 division at the 2026 Boulderthon 10K, crossing in 1:02:11. That's a bit off her 2025 Boulderthon 10K time of 59:22, but the division title carried over from last year intact. Diggins opened fast, covering the first mile in 8:53 and holding sub-9:10 pace through mile three. The middle miles eased gradually, with mile four ticking up to 10:29, before a steadier fifth mile at 10:01. The closing mile slowed the most, pushing her overall elapsed pace to 10:01 min/mile by the finish. Boulder's altitude, over 5,000 feet, is worth keeping in mind when weighing early-race efforts like her strong opening mile.
