Date: Sept. 27, 2026 Participant: Dennis Linderman #41928 Race: 2026 Boulderthon 5K Distance: 3.1 miles

Steady Effort Fuels a Solid 5K Finish in Boulder Dennis Linderman completed the 2026 Boulderthon 5K in 31:07, an average pace of 10:02 per mile. His race unfolded in three distinct stretches: an opening mile of 10:36, a strong second mile of 8:55, and a closing mile of 10:46. That middle mile stood out as his fastest of the race, showing a solid surge before settling into the finish. Given the steady pacing overall, Linderman might consider working on maintaining that faster middle-mile energy through the final stretch in future races. Boulders elevation, sitting above 5,000 feet, adds an extra layer of challenge to any pacing strategy, making his consistent effort across the course even more noteworthy.
