Date: Sept. 27, 2026 Participant: Abigale Farrow #32164 Race: 2026 Boulderthon 10K Distance: 6.2 miles

Steady Build to a Strong Finishing Kick Abigale Farrow covered the 2026 Boulderthon 10K in 1:00:43, an average pace of 9:47 per mile. She started conservatively, opening with a 10:27 first mile, then steadily trimmed her pace each mile through the middle of the race, bringing her cumulative pace down to 9:45 by mile five. Her strongest stretch came between miles four and five, a 8:53 split that marked her fastest mile of the race before a final mile settled back to 10:12. That mid-race surge reflects well-paced effort management across the course. Racing at altitude in Boulder, which sits above 5,000 feet, Farrow's ability to negative split through the middle miles stands out, and the race finished, like all Boulderthon distances, on the Pearl Street Mall in downtown Boulder.
