Strong Start Fuels Runner-Up Age-Group Finish Stephanie Dunn finished the 2026 Boulderthon 5K in 22:56, placing 144th overall and 35th among women in the field of 2,677, good for second in the F45-49 division. Her race built steadily through the first two miles before easing over the final stretch. Dunn's second mile was her standout, a 6:34 split that was her fastest of the race and helped her bank time before the finish. Cumulative pace held near 6:48 min/mile through two miles before settling to 7:21 min/mile by the finish. Racing at altitude in a city over 5,000 feet, Dunn's pacing through the early miles set up a solid overall result on a course that finishes on the historic Pearl Street Mall in downtown Boulder.
