Steady Pace Anchors a Solid 10K Debut Henry Stelloh finished the 2026 Boulderthon 10K in 56:43, an average pace of 9:08 per mile, from a field of 3,071. Stelloh's early miles were his strongest, opening with an 8:57 first mile and tightening to 8:33 for the second, the fastest mile of his race. He held a consistent 8:50-9:04 pace through the middle miles, keeping his cumulative pace steady between 8:45 and 8:54 for most of the race before easing slightly over the final stretch. That opening two-mile effort set a firm foundation, and with the race starting in downtown Boulder at over 5,000 feet of elevation, holding sub-9:00 pace through the early going stands out as the highlight of his run.
