Personal Best by Nearly 20 Minutes Lands Him in the Top 10 Victor Crespo-Cuevas crossed the line in 2:56:39, finishing 6th overall and 6th among men in the 2026 Boulderthon Marathon. This marks his fastest of four Boulderthon finishes, improving on last year's 3:02:17 and well ahead of his 2023 and 2024 times, both north of 3:15. Crespo-Cuevas built his race steadily, holding low 7:00s pace through the opening miles before locking into a strong middle stretch. Miles 13 through 15 stood out, with splits of 6:26, 6:26, and 6:01, pulling his cumulative pace under 6:45 for the race. He sustained that effort through the closing miles, crossing the Pearl Street Mall finish with his cumulative pace holding at 6:43-6:44 per mile from mile 17 onward a strong sign of control given Boulder's altitude above 5,000 feet.
