After opening with a swift first 5 miles under 6:10 pace, he eased through a tougher middle stretch miles 6 through 10 slipped into the 6:567:24 range before rallying over the final two miles, clocking 6:35 each to close nearly as strong as he started, a sign of well-managed pacing across the back half. Noble passed through the lululemon Power-Up Zone near mile 9.5 in the thick of that midrace dip, still holding a 6:33 cumulative pace despite the terrain at altitude, in a city sitting above 5,000 feet.
