Date: Sept. 27, 2026 Participant: Rory Linkletter #120050 Race: 2026 Boulderthon Half Marathon Distance: 13.1 miles

Podium Finish Highlights Steady, Sub-5 Pace Throughout Rory Linkletter crossed the line in 1:04:56, placing 3rd overall, 3rd among men, and 3rd in his division out of a field of 7,223. That's a shade off his 1:04:44 winning time from a previous Boulderthon half marathon, though it still reflects a strong, consistent effort across the distance. His mile splits stayed remarkably tight, hovering between 4:45 and 5:11 for the entire race, with cumulative pace never straying beyond 4:554:58 min/mile. Mile 12 stood out as his fastest full mile at 4:45, a strong surge before the finish. Racing at Boulder's altitude of over 5,000 feet, Linkletter closed out his effort on the historic Pearl Street Mall in downtown Boulder, a fitting finish to a well-paced run.
