Date: Sept. 27, 2026 Participant: Greta Lee #40833 Race: 2026 Boulderthon 5K Distance: 3.1 miles

Strong Start Fades Late in Steady 5K Finish Greta Lee completed the 2026 Boulderthon 5K in 28:27. She built an early rhythm with a 8:22 opening mile, then quickened to 8:05 over the second mile before easing to a 10:35 close over the final mile. Running at Boulder's altitude of over 5,000 feet, Lee's middle mile stood out as her fastest of the race. With that strong middle-mile pace established, holding closer to it through the final stretch could be a useful focus for her next 5K.
