Date: Sept. 27, 2026 Participant: Christine Snyder #40808 Race: 2026 Boulderthon 5K Distance: 3.1 miles

Strong Middle Mile Powers Steady 5K Finish Christine Snyder covered the 2026 Boulderthon 5K in 31:41, finishing 761st overall out of the field of 2,677 and 301st among women. She opened with a 10:37 first mile, surged to a 9:00 second mile, then eased to an 11:06 close before the final stretch to the line. That middle mile stood out as her fastest of the race, showing a solid gear shift through the courses midsection. Running at Boulders altitude of over 5,000 feet, Snyders pacing pattern reflects a strong push early before settling in for the final push toward the historic Pearl Street Mall. A touch more evenness between miles one and three could help smooth her overall pace in future 5Ks.
