Marathon PR Slices 34 Minutes Off Boulderthon Time David Valladolid crossed the 2026 Boulderthon marathon in 3:55:07, finishing 312th overall and 249th among men in a field of 3,305. That's a decisive improvement over his 2023 Boulderthon marathon, where he finished in 4:29:56 a gain of nearly 35 minutes. His race built on a strong, controlled start: the first six miles clicked by in 48:47, an 8:07 per-mile pace that held as his fastest sustained stretch of the day. Splits eased gradually through the middle miles before dipping most near mile 22, close to where the lululemon Power-Up Zone sits along the marathon course. He steadied over the closing miles, carrying that composure to the finish on the Pearl Street Mall in downtown Boulder a finish line reached at more than 5,000 feet of elevation.
