Rebolledo's race unfolded with a strong start, clicking off a 9:14 opening mile before dropping to an 8:42 split in mile two, her fastest mile of the day. She settled into a consistent rhythm through miles three through five, holding between 9:01 and 9:15 per mile, before the final mile slowed to an 11:21 split. Given Boulder's elevation above 5,000 feet, that sustained middle stretch stands out as the strongest portion of her race. A touch more reserve for the closing mile could help smooth out the finish next time.
