Notably, Clint finished first in his age division of M45-49, showcasing his ability to compete effectively within his cohort. His splits demonstrated remarkable consistency, with several miles logged below 7:00 min/mile, highlighting his endurance and tactical pacing skills. Clint's performance improved his placement over the course of the race. Noteworthy is his fourth mile, completed in 5:34 min/mile, which propelled him up in the standings. His strategic acceleration between miles 15 and 16 with a 6:11 min/mile pace, also contributed to his strong finish.
