Promising Start with Consistent Pace Beckett Wilkinson demonstrated solid pacing throughout the 2026 Deseret News Marathon 10K. Starting with a first mile at a brisk 4:56 min/mile, he maintained a strong position within the race. He finished the 6.2-mile course with an overall time of 35:10. Notably, his split for the third mile showed great determination as he advanced to 9th place in his division with a 5:19 min/mile split pace. Overall, Beckett finished 73rd out of 1197 participants, and 62nd in gender with a maintained average pace of 5:40 min/mile.
