Initially, Grant demonstrated strong pacing, covering the first mile in 5:06, positioning well with 74th overall. The second mile maintained competitiveness with a pace of 5:21, slightly slowing yet still impressive. Grant's splits suggest an opportunity for more consistency in pacing. Notably, he reached the 5th mile at a slower 6:43, which affected his overall positioning to 101st at that point. However, regaining momentum in the last mile with a split pace of 6:49, he improved his standing to 68th in that segment. Focusing on maintaining early mile paces throughout could improve overall rankings. Great effort was made, and he represented Ogden Men commendably.
