Blazing Through Madtown with Speed and Style! Hey there, fellow flockers! Josef Steindorf from Lake Mills showed us all how it's done at the 2026 Run Madtown 5K! With an impressive elapsed pace of 6:14 min/mile, he finished the race in 19:20, landing an overall 9th place out of 852 flashy flamingosa standout performance indeed! Lets dive into those splits, shall we? Starting strong, Josef kept a fantastic pace: 6:22 for the first mile, dropping to 6:14 in the second, and briskly tackling the third mile at 6:13. Maintaining and reducing pace over each mile is fabulous. He secured 2nd in the M15-19 division. Flock yeah!
