Feathered Finish with Flamingo Finesse! From the very first mile with a swift 6:48 pace, Levi soared through the Madison course, setting a strong start that showed high potential. In a flock of 852 participants, maintaining a consistent average pace of 7:09 per mile is quite the feat, especially for a 14-year-old in the M10-14 age division. Second place in this division is a splendid achievement. By the second mile, with a 7:13 pace, Levi remained focused and resilient, exemplifying Madisons festive, high-energy spirit. In the final mile, Leah's pace settled at 7:17, a steady culmination of their performance. By the end, Levi completed the 5K with a total time of 22:11, concluding in 19th among men. A minor slowdown is observable from miles two to three. But with some pacing strategy during the earlier miles, theres potential to maintain those stronger starts throughout.
