Madisons Flamingo Fast Sprint Hey there, fellow feathered friends! Let's chirp about Paul Laeseke's fantastic performance at the Run Madtown Half Marathon. With a final time of 1:21:33, Paul maintained a swift average pace of 6:13 per mile, topping the M45-49 division. Out of 1,187 participants, he fluttered his way to a terrific 10th place overall and 8th among the male competitors. Paul's opening mile clocked in at 6:07, setting a blazing start while finishing strong with a 6:06 split in the final mile. Pauls pacing was impressively consistent, hitting splits that hovered around the 6:10-6:20 range great job on keeping the rhythm steady!
