Consistent Pace and Impressive Division Finish Oh my feathers, Justin ran a fantastic race at the 2026 Run Madtown 10K! Starting strong with an 8:18 pace for the first mile, he quickly found a steady rhythm, averaging a solid 7:48 min/mile pace by the end. He finished the 6.2-mile course in 48:24, which is something to squawk about! Not to mention, his consistency was remarkable, with each mile showing a slight improvement in pace from the previous one. With 506 runners woggling along, Justin fluttered his way to 20th overall and 16th among all male participants. Most notably, Justin secured a noteworthy 3rd place in his M40-44 age division. His splits showed excellent pacing, with a particularly strong performance at miles 2 to 5. For future flights, focusing on refining the first mile pace could enhance the overall performance even further. Justin, you're a flamingo in flight with those stats!
