Steady Pace and Division Triumph Squawk! Edward Brunton took to the Run Madtown course with all the flamingo flair you'd expect from a Madison event. With a consistent pace, Edward danced his way from Verona to secure a solid performance. He started at a lively 7:30 pace for the first mile, gradually transitioning to a 7:47 overall pace across the 10K. Impressively, he captured 1st place in the M25-29 division with a final time of 48:20 a remarkable achievement in a field of 506 participants. Throughout the race, Edward demonstrated resilience, holding steady even when his pace dipped slightly at mile 4 with an 8:09 split. Of note, he finished strongly within the M25-29 division, showing potential for faster future miles.
