Graceful Glide Across Madtown Oh, what a delightful jaunt through Madtown! Heather Ewing of Madison, WI, set off on her 10K adventure with a brisk start, clocking an impressive 7:46 pace for the first mile. Maintaining a consistently strong pace, she flitted gracefully through the course, finishing with an overall time of 49:10 and an average pace of 7:55 per mile. This effort landed her 5th among all female participants and secured her the top spot in the F50-54 division. Keep an eye on improving that third-mile split, a bit slower at 8:00, but overall, very steady flying! Every mile run was a clear reflection of her endurance, as Heather showed her prowess and consistency. Out of 506 runners, landing 23rd overall is something to chirp about! Really rack up the fun, especially as that third-mile split edged a bit toward the slower side. Keep soaring over Madison, Heather!
