She notched the top spot in her division, Female 10-14, and crossed the line as the 8th female out of 112 participants, showcasing her exceptional potential. Savannah, age 12 from Deforest, Wisconsin, fluttered to an overall 20th place! Her 9:51 pace was consistent throughout, reflecting fantastic race management skills. While continuing to practice efficiently pacing longer race distances could be beneficial for such a young talent, she already demonstrates impressive capability.
