Steady as She Glides: A Consistent Pace Shines! Well, flap my wings and call me a flamingo, what a race! Menna kept a remarkably steady pace throughout the Run Madtown 5K Wheelchair event. Starting with a consistent first mile at 12:38 min/mile, Menna picked up the pace slightly in the second mile to 12:27 min/mile. By the third mile, a peppy 11:40 min/mile pace showcased a impressive ability to gain speed as the race progressed. Maintaining a strong finish, Menna completed the course in 39:48, placing 13th among female participants out of 15. Her overall pace was 12:50 min/mile, consistent with the splits.
