Steady Splits and Fierce Flocks in Madison! Well, flap on over and lets chat about Zach Browns dazzling performance in the 2026 Run Madtown Half Marathon! With a final time of 1:18:51, Zach dazzled the crowd with an average pace of 6:01 minutes per mile, clinching the top spot in the Male 40-44 division. He fluttered smoothly between splits, starting strong with a 5:56 in the first mile and showing resilience with a consistent pace throughout the course. As a flamingo would blush pink with pride, Zach maintained an 8th place overall standing amongst 1,187 fierce competitors and secured the 6th position in the male category. While most of his splits were under that 6-minute mark, those few seconds above in the latter miles give us a great opportunity to focus a bit more on maintaining that early pace through the entire course.
