Blazing Fast Flamingo Dash: Top Three Finish! Oh, you wont believe the spectacle in the 1 Mile Rudy's Rainbow Mile! Sean Shrader, with the hometown advantage of Madison, strutted his feathers and sprinted his way to a podium finish! Clocking a swift time of 6:38, Sean held a blistering pace of 6:38 min/mile, securing 3rd place overall and within his gender category. Among the 112 racers, his efforts were nothing short of flashy! Looking at previous performances in the 2026 Run Madtown series, Sean also completed a 5K with a commendable 7:19 min/mile pace and finished 29th overall. His shift to shorter distances showed impressive agility. In the half marathon, Sean clocked in at a pace of 9:59 min/mile. Maintaining this speed and stamina, especially with such a strong mile performance, bodes well for the future. Keep spreading those flamingo wings, Sean, and continue to embrace that Madtown spirit!
