With a dazzling overall time of 17:48, he maintained an impressive pace of 5:44 min/mile over the 5K distance, securing 3rd place across all male categories. Notably, his first mile clocked in at an agile 5:38, slightly increasing but still maintaining a strong pace through the subsequent miles. Across three splits, Samuel consistently held 3rd place, underscoring his determined consistency. Compared to last year's 5K showing of 18:12, Samuel shaved off 24 seconds, showcasing remarkable improvement. Evidently, the flamingo flair was in full swing as he consistently pushed his limits.
