Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Yousaf Faiz #1616 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Quick burst at a sharp 6:22/km pace Yousaf covered 0.30 km in 1:53, which works out to 6:22/km. In a large field of 5,624 runners, he placed 425th in the mens 2630 category and 1,561st among men. That pace is a useful marker for short-distance speed. This was part of Run The Wharfs evening closed-road setup through Canary Wharf, built around a fast 5K atmosphere. With only 0.30 km recorded, the key takeaway is the pace rather than overall placing. For the next outing, turning this speed into a longer sustained effort over more distance would give a clearer picture of race performance.
