Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Lois Conway #2345 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Quick pace and a strong age-group result Lois covered 0.30 km in 1:44, averaging 5:53/km. She placed 250th in the female 2630 division, 796th among women, and 2371st overall out of 5624 participants. That puts her around the top 42% overall and top 32% among women. This was a very short effort, so the key stat is how quickly she got up to speed: sub-6:00/km pace across the segment. In a fast evening event through Canary Wharf, that shows good early turnover. For future efforts over short distances, the next focus could be holding that pace for a little longer while keeping the same sharp start.
