Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Heather Charnock #4402 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Fast effort with strong percentile finish Heather covered 0.30 km in 1:31, averaging 5:08/km. She placed 1,435th of 5,624 overall, putting her in roughly the top 26% of the field. In the female standings, she finished 352nd, and she was 126th in the female 2630 division. A notable stat: she passed 40 participants during the effort, a good sign of forward momentum across a very short, high-speed segment. In an evening event built for quick running through Canary Wharf, this was a sharp, efficient performance. For future attempts, maintaining that same aggressive pace over a slightly longer distance would be a useful next step.
