Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Vivek Patel #7970 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Quick burst with strong relative placing He covered 0.30 km in 1:10, averaging 3:59 min/km. That speed placed him 330th of 5,624 overall, 178th among men, and 35th in the mens 1825 division. He also passed 47 participants in the On Speed Zone segment. This was a short effort, but the headline stat is the pace: sub-4:00 min/km over 300 metres is sharp running. Moving up 47 spots in such a brief section suggests good acceleration and commitment through the segment. For future efforts, the key coaching focus is holding that speed over a longer distance while keeping form efficient.
