Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Adrian Pascu #4459 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Fast Evening Effort with Strong Age-Group Positioning Adrian covered 0.30 km in 1:18, averaging 4:24 min/km. He passed 4 runners in the On Speed Zone and placed 50th in the male 3640 category, 388th among men, and 622nd overall out of 5,624 participants. That puts him in roughly the top 11% overall and top 9% of all runners were ahead of him. On a short effort like this, the key positive is speed: 4:24 min/km is a sharp pace. A useful next step would be focusing on sustaining that speed over a longer segment in future races. As part of Run The Wharfs fast evening format through Canary Wharf, this was a brief but efficient showing.
