Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Sara Heredia Herranz #4410 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Quick effort with strong overall standing Sara covered 0.30 km in 1:25, averaging 4:48 min/km. She placed 1,031st of 5,624 overall, 214th among women, and 73rd in the female 2630 division. That puts her around the top 18% overall and top 4% of all women in the field. This was a very short effort, so the most useful focus is on pace: 4:48 min/km is sharp speed for 300 metres. Representing Canary Wharf Run Club at the Friday Night Lights showcase in Canary Wharf, she produced a strong, efficient burst. For future efforts over this kind of distance, maintaining that pace while sharpening acceleration from the start would be a sensible next target.
