She passed 32 runners in the On Speed Zone segment, a strong indicator of sharp speed over a short effort. Among 5,624 participants, she placed 151st female and 46th in the female 2630 category. That puts her in roughly the top 3% overall female field and top 31% of her age group. For a short-format effort at Run The Wharfs evening Canary Wharf event, the key stat is her pace: 4:35/km over 300 metres shows very good turnover. To build on this, maintaining that speed across longer race segments would be the next useful step.
