Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Grace Rasmussen #1432 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Quick, Efficient 300m Effort at Strong Pace Grace covered 0.30 km in 1:37, averaging 5:28 min/km. In a large field of 5,624 runners, she finished 542nd among women and 183rd in the female 2630 division. That pace over a short effort shows good speed and the ability to get up to rhythm quickly. This was part of Run The Wharfs evening Canary Wharf event, known for its fast closed-road setting through the financial district. For future efforts, the next useful step would be extending that pace over a longer distance to build stronger race-specific endurance while keeping the same efficiency.
