Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Eric Rap #370 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Fast pace and efficient execution over a short segment Eric covered 0.30 km in 1:18, averaging 4:25 min/km. He passed 2 runners in the On Speed Zone, showing good positioning over a very short effort. Among 5,624 participants, he placed 638th overall, 399th among men, and 52nd in the mens 3640 division. That pace stands out as a sharp burst of speed in the Canary Wharf setting, where the events evening format rewards quick, decisive running. For future attempts, maintaining that same intensity a little longer could help improve his placing further in short timed segments.
