Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Patricia Frick #283 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Fast pace and strong age-group standing Patricia covered 0.30 km in 1:19, averaging 4:29 min/km. She placed 128th of 5,624 women entered and 51st in the Female 1825 division, a solid age-group result. Overall, she finished 700th. This was a very short effort, so the standout statistic is how quickly she got up to speed and held it through the full distance recorded. On a fast evening course through Canary Wharf, that early pace was a clear strength. For future efforts, extending that same controlled speed over a longer recorded distance would give a fuller picture of performance.
