Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Adam Costello #3297 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Sharp speed through the zone Adam covered 0.30 km in 1:43, averaging 5:49/km. He passed 20 runners in the On Speed Zone, a strong return over such a short segment and a clear sign of good acceleration. Among 5,624 participants, he placed 68th in the male 5155 division. This was a brief effort, but the numbers point to efficient pace and strong turnover. In a fast evening setting through Canary Wharf, that ability to gain places quickly stands out. To build on this, keeping that same sharp speed over a longer section of the course would be the next useful focus.
