Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Kawser Alam #5900 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Explosive speed over a short segment Kawser covered 0.30 km in 1:56, averaging 6:34/km. He recorded 14 On Speed Zone passes, which stands out as a strong activity marker over a very short effort. In a field of 5,624, he placed 437th in the Male 2630 category. This was a brief, high-speed performance within the Friday Night Lights Canary Wharf setting, where the focus is on fast running through closed city roads. The key stat here is the pace sustained across only 0.30 km; if he targets a longer effort next time, holding as much of that speed as possible over 1 km would be a useful benchmark.
