Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Manu Thapa #5794 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Quick Late Push with Strong Age-Group Standing Manu covered 0.30 km in 2:24, averaging 8:08/km. She placed 132nd in the Female 4145 division, 1,752nd among women, and 3,806th overall out of 5,624 finishers. That puts her ahead of roughly 32% of the field overall, with a stronger showing within her age group. This was part of the evening Canary Wharf event known for its fast closed-road city route and social atmosphere. Over a short effort like this, the key stat is pace control from the start. Holding 8:08/km for 0.30 km is a solid benchmark; the next step would be building speed over 1 km so that pace can be sustained for longer.
